60 days free return service for ANY REASON ?
A simple illustration of this service is that you can buy a Legging and wear it for 59 days. After that, if you are not satisfied, you can send a request to exchange for a new Legging or refund. Everything will be handled within 24 hours without any difficulty.

Simply because we want customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase at SportAspireX.
What if customers take advantage of the policy for their own profit ?
We believe that our customers are decent, civilized, and have real needs.
I ordered the wrong size, can I still change this?
Yes you can, but you need to be quick. Once your order is being printed, unfortunately we cannot change it anymore. So if you need a change of size, contact our support team ASAP at support@sportaspire.net. Please quote your order number.
I used the wrong address, can I still change this?
As long as your item is not shipped yet, we can still change this for you. Please email the correct address and your order number to support@sportaspire.net and we will take care of it for you.
Once the order is shipped out (you will receive tracking info when shipped), it is out of our hands. If that is the case you will need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items.
I changed my mind, can I still cancel my order?
As long as your items are not in print yet, you can still cancel your order. When your item is 'in print' we cannot cancel anymore since it is already being made. To cancel your order, email us at support@sportaspire.net. Please title your email "Cancel order (your order number)" and we will take care of it for you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please check with your bank if you do not receive the refund after our confirmation email (normally it takes 5 – 7 days depending on which bank your account is linked to).
If you try all the ways to check your account and still do not receive the refund, please contact us via email support@sportaspire.net
